Sister's Wedding & Bridesmaid Makeup

Earlier this month, my sister got married. It was a lovely spring day and she got the wedding of her dreams. There's so much out there about bridal or special occasion makeup, but I was still worried about my own makeup not lasting through the entire day. Luckily, I did my research and my collection of products didn't let me down. 

After my regular morning skincare routine, I did my eye makeup first at home and didn't start applying my base until I arrived at the hotel.

I think the key was primer (for both face and eyes), and not straying too far from my everyday makeup. Keeping it light helped ensure that I didn't have layer upon layer on caked on makeup at the end of the night.
