The holidays can be a busy time of year, so it's important to take the time to gift yourself some quiet time to unwind. One of my favorite ways to relax is to take a hot bath. (Sweat out those toxins!) I like using Dr. Teals foaming bath in either lavender or spearmint/ eucalyptus, because it's like aromatherapy without overwhelming your senses too much. Taking a bath with this stuff right before bed will really help you fall asleep effortlessly.
I also really like mixing in epsom salt and some baking soda to relieve muscle tension. You can also use epsom salts as a body exfoliator, but I usually will dry brush before I get in the tub or I'll use a Korean 'Italy towel' to really scrub away those dead skin cells and get the blood flowing.
